Belships sells another supramax to Marti Shipping

Norway’s Belships has announced the sale of 2007-built supramax bulker Pacific Light to Turkey’s Marti Shipping & Ship Management.

The 50,000dwt vessel will initially go to the Turkish firm on bareboat charter during March or April, with a purchase obligation within 24 months.

Last October, the two companies did a similar deal for 2006-built supramax bulker Beleast.
