Bernhard Schulte in for Pronav

Bernhard Schulte has moved to acquire Hamburg-based LNG specialist shipmanager Pronav. Bernhard Schulte is now waiting for Germany’s competition authority to approve the deal.

Pronav, founded in 1995, manages four 210,000 cu m Q-Flex LNG carriers in a joint venture with Qatar Gas Transportation (Nakilat).

Bernhard Schulte owns one LNG carrier, while its shipmanagement arm has one of the highest numbers of LNG carriers under management in the world, with Nakilat among its clients.
