Bhagwan Marine steps up with new vessels

Australia’s Bhagwan Marine has expanded its fleet with the addition of two new vessels, anchor handling tug supply vessel CMV Athos and multipurpose catamaran DP2 SeaMaster.

Both vessels have gone on charters with Vermilion Oil & Gas Australia, Jadestone Energy and other oil & gas majors on various projects.

The new vessels mark an entry into larger vessels for Bhagwan Marine, which managing director Loui Kannikoski says is a natural progression for the company.

“We’re talking to our clients every day now, and getting an even greater understanding of their needs,. We listened when they told us what they need, and we went out and got it. And that’s the way we intend to operate – in close consultation with the industries we service,” Kannikoski said.
