Jakarta: Indonesia has opened a rights tender for 21 oil and gas exploration blocks which offer a combined 3.1bn barrels of oil and 57.6trn cu ft of gas.
The first round of bidding will start next month. Among the 21 blocks two are for shale gas. [20/05/13]
