Dalian: Tianjin-based Bohai Leasing announced that it has signed a letter of intent with Cronos Holding Comany to acquire 80% equity in Cronos Ltd, one of the major container leasing companies in the world.
Bohai Leasing said the acquisition will help the company integrate its container leasing business and expand its international presence.
The transaction is currently at an early stage and two parties are trying to complete it within 12 months.
Bohai Leasing expects its net profit in the first half of this year to increase by 46.48%-63.91% to RMB420m-RMB470m. [15/07/14]
