Boluda exits boxship owning

Two 1, 267 teu Boluda-controlled vessels, the 2007 and 2008- built Veronica B and Beatriz B are to be reactivated after two years of lay-up at Vigo. Alphaliner is reporting the pair of ships have recently joined the expanding fleet of Athens-based Contships Management, which will trade them on the charter market.

Contships now has 38 ships in its fleet, while for Boluda, the sale means that all its liner needs are now covered with chartered tonnage only. Boluda Lines connects Spain with West Africa and the Canary Islands.
