BP Egypt takes options on Deep Sea Supply PSV pair

John Fredriksen’s Deep Sea Supply has been awarded extensions by BP Egypt for PSVs Sea Spear and Sea Spark.

The two vessels have been awarded a one year extension to their charters through to July 2018, having started operations for BP in July 2016 on one-year firm contracts which included one-year options.

Deep Sea Supply will soon become part of new outfit Solstad Farstad, after Solstad Offshore, Farstad Shipping and Deep Sea Supply signed on plans to consolidate. The new company will have a fleet of 154 vessels.
