BW LPG executives up their shareholdings

The CEO and CFO of BW LPG have increased their respective shareholdings in the Singapore-based company.

Martin Ackermann, BW LPG’s CEO (pictured), purchased 5,000 shares on Tuesday at a price of NOK 53.40 per share. The transaction has almost doubled Ackermann’s holding in the company, which now stands at 10,207 shares.

Elaine Ong, CFO of BW LPG, purchased 4,340 shares on Tuesday for NOK 52.00 per share. The transaction is Ong’s first purchase of equity in the company.

BW LPG has 136.29m shares outstanding. At the time of writing, the Oslo-listed company’s stock is trading at NOK 52.90 per share.
