BW Offshore FPSO extended by PetroRio

BW Offshore has reached an agreement with Brazil’s PetroRio to extend the contract for the lease and operation of FPSO Polvo.

The extension is for one year from the third quarter of 2019, and PetroRio has options running through to the third quarter of 2022.

The 2007-built FPSO is located in the Polvo field in the Campos basin, around 100km off the coast of Rio de Janeiro.
