Shanghai: Korean bulker giant Pan Ocean has given China’s New Times Shipbuilding an order for two big capesizes. The 207,000 dwt ships are costing $56m each and are set for delivery in November 2016.
For the Jiangsu yard the order represents one of the larger vessel types on its books. Earlier this month Frontline 2012 ordered six capesize bulk carriers and two LR2 product tankers with two options at the yard. [25/06/14]
