Greek owner Capital Product Partners has announced three new time charter contracts for its MR tankers Amadeus, Aktoras and Aiolos.

2015-built Amadeus has been fixed on a one-year charter to Repsol Trading at a daily rate of $14,500. The charter commences in October 2017, and Repsol has an option available to extend for an additional year at a rate of $14,750.

Additionally, the partnership has chartered out the 2006-built Aktoras and 2007-built Aiolos to sponsor company Capital Maritime & Trading on ten to twelve month charters at $11,000 per day plus a 50-50 profit share arrangement. The charters commence September and have been approved by the partnership’s conflicts committee.
