Jakarta: Capitol Nusantara Indonesia, a shipping company controlled by Singapore's ASL Marine, has received approval from Financial Services Authority of Indonesia to proceed with an ipo this month on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The company is selling 208.36m shares equivalent to 25% of the company, and plans to buy an anchor handling tug supply vessel (AHTS) with the funds.
Capitol has a fleet of 27 tug boats, five anchor handling tug vessels, 26 barge vessels and two floating cranes. [02/01/14]
