CEO of d’Amico International resigns

Marco Fiori, CEO of d’Amico International Shipping, is resigning, citing personal reasons. His resignation will be effective from December 31. Fiori has been with the Italian shipping company for the past 22 years.

Fiori will lose his 2m stock options matured at the date of termination of his charge.

The board of directors has now initiated a hunt for Fiori’s replacement.
