China and Denmark hold shipbuilding seminar

Beijing: China and Denmark have jointly held a Shipbuilding Innovation Seminar this week to strengthen the cooperation and expertise sharing between the two nations.

The seminar was organised in cooperation between China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry (CANSI) and Odense Maritime Technology Ltd (OMT).

“Global demand for green solutions is increasing. I think both our countries can unleash the potential by working together to build cleaner and more energy efficient ships. The ability to deliver sustainable solutions will determine the winners and, losers of tomorrow,” said Friis Arne Petersen, the Danish Ambassador to China at the seminar.  [22/08/12]
