Beijing: China Cosco Holdings has appointed Ye Weilong, as a director of the company in the latest board meeting.
Ye Weilong, aged 49, joined Cosco in 1983, and currently serves as vice president of Cosco Group and Chairman of Cosco International Holdings.
During the board meeting, the company also decided to consider and, if thought fit, to approve the proposed issue of US dollar denominated bonds by an offshore subsidiary of the company. [13/11/12]
