China Cosco Shipping sends bulker pair into Klaveness pool

The world’s largest shipping company has thrown a couple of ships into the Baumarine pool. China Cosco Shipping has decided to enter two post-panamaxes into the Klaveness-operated pool.

The Baumarine pool is one of two pools Klaveness operates. It focuses on panamaxes, kamsarmaxes and post-panamaxes. The pool operates within a three-month mandate, keeping it aligned with the spot market, nad has chartering teams in Oslo, Singapore and Shanghai.

“Klaveness has a history of more than 30 years in China, and look forward to working with one of the major players in the international shipping market,” the pool operator said in a release.
