Shanghai: China Shipping Development announced yesterday that its full subsidiary China Shipping Bulk Carrier has signed a bareboat ship charter agreement with Dalian Shipping Group.
Under the agreement China Shipping Bulk Carrier will charter two 34,650dwt bulkers Qing Feng Ling and Shi Long Ling from Dalian Shipping Group for three years. Total chartering fee of the two vessels is RMB72.99m.
The two vessels are still under construction at Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding and will be delivered in December this year. [22/11/13]
