Shanghai: China Shipping Group announced that it has signed an agreement with APM Terminals, the ports arm of A.P. Moller-Maersk, in Brussels on the development of Zeebrugge terminal. China’s president Xi Jinping attended the signing ceremony.
China Shipping Terminal Development acquired 24% equity in Zeebrugge terminal from APM Terminals in 2013. According to the agreement, China Shipping Group and APM will negotiate the possibility to cooperate on other container terminal projects. [02/04/14]
