Hong Kong: China International Marine Containers (CIMC), the world’s largest shipping container manufacturer is transferring its listing from the mainland to Hong Kong, and will attend a public hearing in Hong Kong on Thursday, the company said in an announcement.
Currently, CIMC is working on the transfer from Shenzhen B-share market to Hong Kong H-share market, however, the time schedule for the re-listing has not been confirmed yet, an official from the board of the company said. [21/11/12]
