CLNG, Dynagas与中外运航运投资LNG运输船

招商局能源宣布董事会批准其子公司CLNG将投资五艘北极LNG运输船，公司为CLNG提供3780万美元资金。

这五艘船将由Dynagas (49%), CLNG (25.5%)和中外运航运(25.5%)联合投资开发。总价约为1.587亿美元。

招商局能源还表示会提供1.495亿美元资金支持与Teekay开发的六艘LNG运输船项目，将服务于Yamal LNG项目。该交易签订于2014年7月。

CLNG由招商局能源和大连远洋联合成立，目前运营六艘LNG运输船。另有六艘在建。
