CNOOC orders product tanker at Dajin Heavy

Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design subsidiary yard Dajin Heavy Industry has secured an order from a unit of CNOOC for the construction of a 9,200 dwt product tanker.

The price of the ship is RMB66.8m ($10.3m) and delivery is scheduled in January 2022.

Shanghai Bestway completed a debt restructuring after new investors took over the company last year.
