Cosco Nantong lands wind farm order from Everbright

Chinese shipbuilder Cosco has announced that Cosco (Nantong) Shipyard has won a contract from Hong Kong’s Everbright Int’l Offshore to build a single multipurpose wind farm support unit.

The contract has been declared effective, however the pricing had been kept confidential. An option is also available to Everbright within a six month period.

The first unit is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2018.
