Shanghai: Shanghai-listed Cosco Shipping (Coscol) is planning an A share private placement and has suspended the company’s stock trading as the process is underway.
The company expects to confirm the placement within ten trading days.
Cosco Shipping currently owns and operates nearly 100 ships, most of them are multipurpose and heavy lift vessels. [24/12/14]
