Shanghai: Cosco Zhoushan Shipyard, part of Singapore-listed Cosco Corporation, has secured a contract valued at more than $56m from an unspecified Asian buyer to build two 64,000 cwt bulk carriers.
The two vessels are scheduled for delivery in 4Q2016 and 1Q2017 respectively.
Cosco Shipyard Group has been busy of late securing orders for most of its six yards. [14/08/14]
