Singapore: The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has cancelled another bunkering licence with Coteam Petroleum Trading barred for contravening the terms and conditions of the local bunkering licence system.
The company had allowed other companies to use their Bunker Delivery Notes to supply bunkers and delivered bunkers on behalf of an unlicensed company to customers of that company, the MPA said.
Around a dozen bunker suppliers have been struck off the MPA’s list in the past 12 months. [01/04/14]
