Dalian: China Petroleum Liaohe Equipment Company (CPLEC) has sold the first jack-up platform it is currently building along with the design to Tianjin Binhai Heavy Machinery, an affiliate company of Taiyuan Heavy Industry.
Tianjin Binhai Heavy Machinery will use the platform as prototype for the research and development of its own jack-up platform.
CPLEC will deliver the platform in the middle of 2015. [28/04/14]
