CSCL stands out as best performer in Dynamar study

Alkmaar: Research out by Dutch liner consultancy Dynamar shows that just one liner on the main East-West trades has seen its liftings increase faster than capacity in the past five years.

The company, China Shipping Container Lines, has been boosted by domestic liftings, Dynamar said, with its ratio of liftings to capacity standing at 1.10.

Every other liner on the main trades has not met its own capacity growth with the most egregious performer being South Korea’s Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) with a liftings/capacity ratio of just 0.59.  [15/01/14]
