CSIC Leasing orders kamsarmax pair at Xingang Shipbuilding

CSIC Leasing, the financial leasing arm of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), has placed an order at Tianjin Xingang Shipbuilding for the construction of two 82,000 dwt kamsarmax bulk carriers.

Delivery of the two vessels are scheduled before the end of 2019.

CSIC entered the ship leasing market in 2016 with CSIC Leasing completing its first ever financial leasing deal last year.
