Shanghai: China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), one of two largest shipbuilding groups in China, signed a strategic agreement with CITIC Group at its affiliate company Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Co. (WSIC).
Under the agreement, the two companies will cooperate in areas of financing, equipment manufacturing, infrastructure development and project contracting.
CITIC Group, which runs China CITIC Bank, will offer a series of solutions to WSIC on bond issuing, project financing and supply chain finance. [19/06/14]
