Guangzhou: Hong Kong listed TSC Group, a product and service provider of onshore and offshore drilling rigs has announced that it has entered into a jack-up drilling rig strategic cooperation agreement with CSSC Guangzhou Huangpu Shipbuilding and Zentech Incorporated.
According to the agreement Zentech is responsible for design, TSC for drilling-related equipment packaging supply, commissioning and after-sale services, while CSSC Huangpu Shipyard is responsible for the construction of rigs.
TSC said the deal will enable the company to expand its market for drilling packages and integrated equipment on jack-up rigs operating at 300 feet to 500 feet water depths. [06/12/12]
