Dae Sun wins first LPG order

South Korea’s Dae Sun Shipbuilding has branched out into LPG vessel construction. Local energy firm GS Caltex has ordered a small LPG carrier at the yard, a first for Dae Sun. The 3,500 cu m ship will deliver in February 2021. No price has been revealed for this order.

Dae Sun is best known for its 50,000 dwt MR tankers as well as its line of feeder boxships.
