Deep Sea Supply scores AHTS contract extension

Oslo: John Fredriksen controlled offshore vessel owner Deep Sea Supply has said that it has agreed on a one year contract extension for anchor handling tug supply vessel Sea Tiger (15,000 bhp, built 1998).

The one year extension includes 6 further 30 day options, and will start once the current time charter contract expires at the end of February 2015.

Deep Sea Supply announced its results earlier this week, recording a pre-tax profit of $2.5m from revenues of $163.1m. The company has a fleet of 15 anchor handling tug supply vessels and 25 platform supply vessels.
