Delay in launch of Philippines-Indonesia service

Manila: Plans for a roro link between the southern Philippines and Indonesia have been put back. The route connecting Davao City-General Santos City-Tahuna-Bitung, which was originally scheduled to launch on June 13, will now open on July 18.
Indonesian shipping line PT Kanaka will run the route with a ship that can carry 120 teu.  [27/06/14]
