Diana Containerships brings vessel out of lay-up for OOCL charter

Greek owner Diana Containerships is reactivating 2006-built post-panamax container vessel Pucon for a 13-month time charter contract with Hong Kong’s Orient Overseas Container Line.

The 6,541 teu vessel has been fixed at $10,750 per day, with the charter due to commence on April 27. It is currently located in Labuan, where is has been laid up for around 9 months.

Diana says the charter will generate gross revenues of around $3.87 million.
