Diana Containerships offloads ageing panamax

Nasdaq-listed Diana Containerships has sold the 2002-built panamax containership Doukato to an unnamed buyer for $6.15m

Delivery is scheduled by June 16 at the latest, leaving Diana with 11 vessels made up of six post-panamaxes and five panamaxes.

The 3,739 teu ship has just come off charter to Singapore outfit Vasi Shipping.
