Athens: Diana Shipping has fixed a post-panamax bulk carrier on a 21- to 24-month timecharter to ADM International, a producer of agricultural products and food ingredients.
The gross daily rate was fixed at $6,750, less 5% commission for third parties.
The Alcmene (93,193 dwt , built 2010) is expected to commence the charter on May 12.
Diana expects the contract to generate approximately $4.25m of gross revenue for the minimum 21-month period.
