Diana Shipping capesize extended by Koch

Greek dry bulk owner Diana Shipping has sealed a new time charter contract with Koch Shipping for 2013-built capesize P. S. Palios for 13- to 15-months.

Koch will be paying $17,350 per day for the vessel commencing from May 24, a much higher rate than the $10,550 per day it was previously paying for the vessel.

Diana says the charter will generate $6.51m of revenue based on the minimum time charter contract.
