Diana Shipping kamsarmax scores new charter from Cargill

Greek dry bulk owner Diana Shipping has entered into a time charter contract with Cargill International for 2010-built kamsarmax Medusa.

Commencing mid-November in continuation of its previous contract with Cargill, the vessel has been contracted though to between January 10, 2022 and March 20, 2022 at a rate of $11,000 per day.

Diana, which owns a fleet of 38 bulkers, says the charter will generate around $4.52m based on the minimum time charter period.
