DOF awarded several new subsea contracts

Norway’s DOF Subsea has been awarded several contracts in the subsea/IMR projects segment.

The company’s 2011-built construction support vessel Skandi Skansen has been awarded a contract by Equinor for mooring installation on the Njord Future project.

Another CSV, the 2001-built Geosund, has been awarded contracts on the UK Continental Shelf by two operators to undertake 60 days of work which includes pipeline inspection and environmental sampling.

In North America, DOF Subsea has sealed a 3-year renewal of a frame agreement with a major operator in the US Gulf of Mexico. The company will be responsible for the final assembly, transportation and installation of well production jumpers and control flying leads to support new tie-ins to existing brownfields. Jones Act compliant vessel Harvey Deep Sea has been designated the primary installation vessel.
