DOF offloads another older PSV

DOF has sold one of its older vessels, the 2001-built PSV Skandi Waveney, to an unspecified company outside Norway who is not engaged in the offshore oil service industry. Delivery of the vessel is expected to take place mid Marchthis year, once the PSV has completed its current contract engagement.

“The sale is in line with DOF’s strategy to divest itself of some of the older vessels in its fleet not on term charters and seen as lesser prospects in the foreseeable future,” DOF said in a release. No price was given for the sale.
