Doriko pockets $2.6m from panamax flip

Low profile Korean owner Doriko has sold 2005-built panamax bulker DR Bravo for $12.5m, broking sources tell Splash.

The Japanese-built 76,800 dwt vessel, due for dry-docking in July, was sold to Greek owner Omicron.

Doriko bought the vessel, formerly named Alessandro Volta, from Fuyo Kaiun in March 2017 for $9.9m. The price was viewed as firm at the time, but looks a good bit of business making the company a $2.6m profit.
