Eagle Ship Hardening: Security firms must listen to their clients’ needs more

Las Palmas: There’s a vast number of maritime security companies that rarely, if ever, listen to the requirements of their customers, argues Adrian Abelardo Gonzalez, the ceo of Eagle Ship Hardening, in today’s Maritime CEO interview.

“Continued testing and customer and security officer feedback while using our systems is the key to get a product our clients love, so in the end our customers are helping us to help them,” Gonzalez says.

Eagle develops and installs bespoke hardening systems to detect threats and deter hijacking attempts. The system is focused on enhancing security management and making the most of automation. It is a combination of software, smart electronics, automatic ballistic blinds and special closing systems.
