Eastern Pacific Shipping puts handysize fleet up for sale

Idan Ofer’s Eastern Pacific Shipping has put its fleet of four handysize bulkers up for sale.

Brokers are circulating the Imabari-built Irongate, Stargate, Westgate and Crystalgate to develop a sale as an en bloc deal.

While no indicative selling price was given, MSI’s eValuator puts the total value of the four vessels at around $57.9m.

Singapore-based Eastern Pacific is headed by Steve Kunzer, who has yet to respond to enquiries from Splash regarding the sale.
