Eikeland extends time at the top of Bergen Group

Hans Petter Eikeland has had his contract renewed as ceo of Bergen Group for another 12 months.
Eikeland was engaged as CEO of Bergen Group in August 2015 for a period of one year. He was to manage the company through a difficult restructuring phase.

“The board is very pleased with the turnaround process that Hans Petter Eikeland has led over the past year. We are therefore pleased that he has agreed to extend the commitment for another year until the next summer”, said chairman Tor Lars Onarheim.

“Bergen Group has been through a tough and challenging, but essential restructuring process this last year. At the same time, we have managed to ensure that the Group now has a competitive expertise and capacity in continuing operations. Our proven capability to deliver and at the same increase our company backlog is impressive. For this, every employees of the company deserves credit. Now I do look forward to continue with different processes that ensure continued profitability and an existing long-term growth for the company,” Eikeland said.
