Taipei: The chairman of Evergreen Marine, Wang Chung-jinn, died on Friday, the containerline said today in a release to the Taipei stock exchange.
Wang, who was with Taiwan’s top shipping firm since 1986, became chairman two years ago. A new chairman will be elected by the board shortly.
Wang was 51. No cause of death was given by the company. [23/09/13]
