Ezion proceeds with takeover of YHM Group

Singapore: Ezion Holdings has completed the subscription for shares in YHM Group and will now move ahead with a takeover of the firm.

“As the subscription will result in the company holding more than 30% of the shares in the capital of YHM, pursuant to the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers, the company will make a mandatory general offer in respect of all the shares in the capital of YHM and the options,” Ezion said in a release to the Singapore Stock Exchange.

YHM Group was incorporated in Singapore on 27 September 1997 under the name of Enersave Holdings Pte Ltd and adopted the name of Enersave Holdings Limited when it went public on 8 July 1998. Headquartered in Singapore, it is a renewable energy service provider. It changed its name to YHM Group in May this year. [21/12/12]
