Ezion to jointly operate two China-built service rigs

Ezion Holdings is to jointly market two new service rigs alongside their unnamed Chinese builder, from whom the Singapore-based company has an option to purchase the rigs.

Ezion will provide the technical expertise for operating and deploying the two service rigs, which will support offshore windfarm installations and oil and gas activities.

The company says it has been granted options to purchase the rigs, but did not disclose any further details.
