Dubai: A fire and rescue team continue in Jebel Ali port to try to extinguish a fire raging since last Friday in a factory for food oils, while Dubai police are investigating the cause of the inferno. While there were no casualties material losses are expected to be large.
Mohammed Obaid Salmeen, an ambulance and rescue operations official at the port of Jebel Ali, explained that the fire might take another three to four days to totally cool down ‫. [09/06/13]
