Foremost puts capesize trio up for sale

US dry bulk shipping company Foremost Group has put three capesize bulkers up for sale.

According to broking sources, the three bulkers are the 2010-built 178,000 dwt Ping May and 2011-built 176,000 dwt Guo May and Zhong May.

According to MSI, the fair market value for the Ping May is $29m, Guo May $31.2m and Zhong May $28.9m.

Foremost ordered two post-panamaxes at Japan’s Oshima Shipbuilding last month and also has four newcastlemax bulkers on order at China’s Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding.
