Formosa Falcon refloated

Taipei: The Formosa Falcon, run by Taiwan’s Formosa Plastics, has finally been refloated and towed to deeper water. The 39,000 dwt ship ran aground off Grand Bahama on September 26. The ship was lightered after three attempts to shift it failed. There have been no reports of any oil spills from the grounding.  [10/10/13]
